TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This Promotion is offered to you by LiveScore Limited ("Promoter" or "we"). Our principal place of business is at 57/63 Line Wall Road, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA.
2. For legal reasons only the residents in the following countries are eligible to participate in this Promotion: UK, Spain, USA, China, Switzerland, Romania, Austria, Netherlands, Rep. Ireland, Greece, New Zealand, Croatia, Luxembourg, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, France, Brazil, Bulgaria, Japan, India, Belgium, Norway, Ukraine, Finland, Turkey, Germany, Slovakia, Malta, Serbia, Iceland, Slovenia, Peru, Costa Rica, Panama, Puerto Rico and Bolivia
3. You must be 18 years of age or over to participate. Employees of the Promoter or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion and members of their immediate families are not permitted to enter.
4. To get the chance to win the Prize as described more fully below, you must:
   (a) access promotion entry page at livescore.com/en/promo/laligacomp/jun22/shirt/
   (b) enter your name, email address, country of residence and date of birth.
5. On meeting the requirements set out in paragraph 1, 2, 3 & 4 above you will be entered into a prize draw which will take place between June 22nd 2022 and closes on 9am GMT June 29th 2022 “Closing Date”. We will have the final decision over selection of the winners and this decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time to:
   (a) verify the eligibility of any participant (including your age and place of residence); and
   (b) exclude anyone who we believe to have acted in breach of these terms from participating in the Promotion.
7. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any attempt to participate in the Promotion which is unsuccessful or incomplete for any reason, including as a consequence of communication or network failures.
8. Your data may be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy for the purposes of running this Promotion. We will hold your data for the purposes of this Promotion for up to three (3) months after which it will be securely and permanently deleted, unless you have opted in to receive further communications about other goods and services offered by the Promoter which the data will be retained in accordance with the retention periods detailed within our Privacy Policy.
9. You can earn a maximum of 1 entry into the prize draw.
10. The Winner will be the first person selected at random from all valid entries received on or before the Closing Date by a computer system (supervised by an independent judge) (the "Winner"). The Winner will receive the Prize. Runner-up prizes will be awarded to the next ten people selected at random from all valid entries received on or before the Closing Date by a computer system (supervised by an independent judge).
11. The Winner and Runners-up will be notified by email within 72 hours of the prize draw.
12. The Prize available to be won in the prize draw:
    • One official signed LaLiga Ambassador polo shirt.
13. If you are the Winner of the Prize:
    • You will have 24 hours¬ from the date of our notification to claim the Prize. If you do not respond via email within the stated time period, you may forfeit your Prize.
    • We won't be liable if any prize fails to reach you or you cannot take it for reasons beyond our control, or if any prize is damaged during delivery
    • It is your responsibility to pay any and all applicable taxes on Prizes.
    • The Prize will not be awarded to you if, for any reason, to do so would be unlawful.
    • The Prize winner must be over 18.
    • The Prize is also subject to any restrictions and terms and conditions imposed by the provider of each element of the prize and event organisers, as applicable.
14. If the Prize is or becomes unavailable we may substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are also subject to change.
15. Unless we agree otherwise, no alternative prize will be given and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

GENERAL

17. Nothing in these terms and conditions removes or limits our liability for: (a) fraud; or (b) death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Our maximum aggregate liability is capped at the monetary value of the Prize. These terms and conditions also do not affect the rights that are granted to you as a consumer by the law.
18. The Promoter will send the full name of the Winner to anyone who contacts the Promoter within one month of the Closing Date of the Promotion requesting details of the Winner.
19. Where an entrant has opted in to receive marketing communications during the process of entering the Promotion, that entrant agrees that the Promoter may use the entrant's personal information to provide the entrant with information about goods and services of the Promoter, which may be of interest to the entrant. The entrant can withdraw consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe option as detailed within any given communication. The entrants data will be not shared or sold to any other third party outside the Promoters group of companies.
20. We will not be liable to you if you suffer loss or inconvenience because of the failures of persons or systems that we do not directly control - for example, mobile phone network operators, internet service providers, software providers and telephone traffic handlers.
21. These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and us. We reserve the right to change them and update them from time to time but if we do, we will post the changes on the website, and if you have already participated, we will notify you by email.
22. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be illegal, invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable it shall be severed from the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions which shall as far as possible continue in full force and effect.
23. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
